Women’s Yoga Mentorship offers personalised guidance for women seeking to reconnect with their bodies, restore balance and cultivate strength and resilience through yoga. Whether you are recovering from illness, surgery, or navigating major life transitions, our mentorship provides a safe, compassionate space to honour where you are and move forward at your own pace.

My Approach

The focus is on individual 1:1 sessions, though the approach can also be adapted to small group settings for shared growth and connection. Through mindful movement, breath work and gentle reflection, you’ll receive guidance that supports both physical recovery and emotional well-being, helping you rebuild confidence, energy and a sense of grounded presence in your everyday life.

Pricing for 2026:

£40 for a 30-minute online session.

£180 for a package of 6 sessions.
