Sometimes the most powerful practice is the quiet one - where it’s just you, your breath and a space to move at your own rhythm.

Our 1-to-1 sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re new to yoga, recovering from injury, aiming to increase flexibility for your golf swing, improve your mental performance at work or looking to deepen your personal practice, these private classes offer a calm and supportive environment tailored entirely to your needs.

We vary the focus on personal wellbeing, breathwork, mindful movement and techniques to support you - giving you time to explore postures safely and confidently. Each session can include relaxation, meditation, or gentle strengthening depending on what your body and mind need most that day.

Private sessions are available in and around Lincoln in-person or anywhere online. £75 per 1hr session.
