Amanda & Jase
Amanda and Jase bring over 48 years of combined teaching experience to their work, with Amanda guiding yoga since 2017 and Jase since 2019. Together, they offer a rich and well-rounded approach, drawing on training in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Kundalini and Yoga Nidra. They’re also qualified in England Mental Health First Aid, weaving care for both body and mind into everything they teach.

In 2022, Jase joined Unique Yoga, bringing fresh energy, insight and a grounded presence that beautifully complements Amanda’s gentle, nurturing style.
Together, we offer a balanced experience - the yin and yang of our teaching. Amanda brings softness, mindfulness, and a deep focus on connection and calm. Jase brings steady strength, curiosity and a quietly motivating energy that invites you to explore your edges.
For our students, this means each class offers both grounding and growth - a blend of challenge and restoration. You’re supported to build strength and resilience while also learning to soften, release tension and move with awareness. Whether you prefer a calm, reflective practice or one that sparks vitality, you’ll find space for both here.
